Daystar Solar is seeking a results-oriented Project Engineer to manage our solar EPC projects across various sectors. This is a crucial, field-heavy role based in Chennai, requiring flexibility and a readiness to travel extensively to project sites.

Core Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead execution of solar EPC projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Site Supervision: Successfully handle multiple sites simultaneously (Residential, Commercial, Industrial), requiring frequent site travel from the Chennai base.
  • Coordination: Serve as the key liaison, effectively coordinating across Sales, Design, and Purchase teams.
  • Reporting: Develop robust Project planning schedules and deliver Excellent project reporting to stakeholders.
  • Technical Input: Apply Good understanding of Design to ensure constructability and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Min 3 years experience in Solar EPC projects.
  • Education: Engineering degree in Electrical/Solar/Energy.
  • Sectors: Proven track record in Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
  • Logistics: Readiness to travel extensively to project sites.
  • Coordination: Capability to coordinate across Sales, Design and Purchase teams.
  • Reporting: Excellent project reporting skills.
  • Site Management: Capability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Technical: Good understanding of Design.
  • Planning: Good skills in Project planning.
  • Software: Knowledge in Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
