Solar PV Design Engineer have the following roles to,Use custom software tools to design PV ground mounted and roof top systemsPerform accurate system sizing calculations Design solar PV Array layoutCreate electrical single -line diagrams, Block diagrams, panel schedulesCreate connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer -aided design (CAD)/ PVsyst software Structural Design for Solar Mounting structuresPre -Visualization of ProjectsRun PVsyst reports for system production estimates Energy Yield Assessment reportCost & Performance AnalysisDevelop optimal designs with SLD, PML, conduit and wire scheduling, routingEquipment plans, and conceptual 3 -D renderings Execute designs that adhere to grid compliance and permitting requirements Building detailed bills of materials based on system specifications Preparation of Techno -commercial proposalDetailed Project reportProject costing & BudgetingCoordination with management team to develop complete proposal packages Work across functionally with sales, project management and installation teams to ensure clients' needs Assurance for the internal deadlinesTroubleshoot design and construction issues in the field Requirements Should have the knowledge of using Software's in Solar Field which includes, PVsystPV -solSolar labsSolar ProSketchup 3DHelioscopeAuto CADSTADD proCreoSolid works Benefits Additional Incentives Allowances as per qualification.
