**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Conduct informative consultations to understand students' educational goals and recommend appropriate programs and courses.
- **Application and Enrollment Management**:

- **Program Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Develop a deep understanding of Fluent Fast Academy’s programs, courses, and services to effectively communicate their benefits and value.
- Promote the academy's programs through presentations, informational sessions, and other marketing activities.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with students throughout the enrollment process to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospective students using the academy’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on enrollment metrics, trends, and outcomes to assist in strategic planning.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with other departments, including admissions, marketing, and academic advising, to enhance the enrollment process and student experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for improving enrollment practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in enrollment management, student services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
