**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Provide detailed information about the institution’s academic programs, admissions process, deadlines, and campus life.
- **Application Assistance**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, campus tours, and virtual information sessions.
- Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to attract prospective students.
- Follow up with potential applicants to ensure they are informed and motivated to complete the admissions process.
- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Offer personalized advice on program selection, financial aid, scholarships, and career prospects.
- **Data Management**:

- Assist with tracking recruitment goals and report on progress to the admissions team.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure prospective students and their families have a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the admissions team, academic departments, and student services to provide accurate information and resolve any issues for prospective students.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the correct messaging and resources are being provided to prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and approachable manner.
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse student population.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with student information systems or CRM platforms is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, with occasional evening or weekend work required during peak recruitment periods.
- Opportunities for travel to recruitment events and college fairs as needed.
- Supportive, collaborative team environment.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
