- Person should be having understanding of call handling on any of the ITIL based tool.
- Should have complete understanding of ITIL
- Should be having good communication skills both written and verbal
- Should be aware of incident, request and problem management
- Have to keep users updated and should have endless coordination with cross domains or global team
- Direct unresolved issues to next level or ensure timely escalations
- Preparing and publishing daily, weekly report.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
