**Job Title: Company Secretary**
**Salary Range Rs 600000 to 800000 per Year**
**Employment Type: Full-time**
**Experience Required: [e.g., 2-5 years ]**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure compliance with the **Companies Act, 2013**, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and file **ROC returns**, annual reports, and other statutory documents.
Maintain and update **statutory registers**, minutes books, and company records.
Coordinate and assist in **Board Meetings, AGM, and EGM** — drafting notices, agendas, and minutes.
Handle **shareholder correspondence**, issue of share certificates, and transfer of shares.
Liaise with **regulatory authorities** such as MCA, SEBI, ROC, and stock exchanges (if applicable).
Advise management on **corporate governance, legal compliance, and company policies**.
Support in drafting **contracts, resolutions, and legal documents**.
Assist in **secretarial audits** and due diligence processes.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)** from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Strong understanding of corporate laws, secretarial standards, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal filing software (MCA portal, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
**Preferred Experience**:
Experience in a **private limited / listed company** (as applicable).
Exposure to **SEBI, FEMA, or RBI** compliances (if applicable).
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
