**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy & Planning**:

- Assist in developing and executing BoulderBox’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities across digital, offline, and community marketing.

**Content & Campaigns**:

- Generate engaging content (photos, videos, stories, blog posts) that reflect the brand’s values and lifestyle.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.

**Community & Events**:

- Coordinate with the events team to promote workshops, competitions, and community initiatives.
- Drive partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and athletes to grow brand reach.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.

**Brand Management**:

- Maintain BoulderBox’s visual and tonal identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with the brand’s ethos of community, fitness, and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the **sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality** industry.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing platforms** (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in tools like **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software** is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for **fitness, climbing, or outdoor activities** is a big bonus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
