**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Key person in charge of executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns; is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process
- Works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Management
- Increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Setting up of the entire Digital Marketing practice, building a Team for execution
- Handholding & training them and putting it on an auto Mode
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- New Leads Generation : Campaign planning & execution, with close analytics of the funnel across various platforms
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Setting up a practice of Data & Analytics driven Marketing function, leading to a profitable unit matrix.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Manage the overall sales number for all the online sales being generated by the company
