- Qualification: +2, Diploma, Graduation, Post graduation
- **Freshers or experienced**:

- Job Location: Phase 5, Mohali, Punjab
- Salary Package: 16-25k + Incentives
- Indian shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, full-time job, Work from Office
- First 3 months cash salary, After the completion of probation (3 months), you will receive the salary in your bank account from the company's current account.

**Required skills**:

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of international immigration and visa processes.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over calls.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on lead conversion and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective clients.
- Provide accurate information about visa categories (study, work, visitor, PR, etc.) and immigration services.
- Conduct preliminary eligibility assessments based on client profiles.
- Explain documentation requirements, timelines, and processes in a clear and professional manner.
- Address client queries, concerns, and objections with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and conversions in the system.
