**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic **Medical Tele Counselor** with a focus on dermatology. The Tele Counselor will be responsible for providing remote support to patients, offering guidance, answering basic dermatology-related queries, and scheduling follow-up consultations. This role is crucial for ensuring patients receive accurate, timely, and compassionate advice while promoting a seamless healthcare experience through telemedicine platforms.

**Job Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tele Counseling**: Provide basic telephonic counseling on dermatology-related issues under the supervision of dermatologists. Address common skin conditions, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin allergies.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations with licensed dermatologists for patients who require further medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- **Information and Guidance**: Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-treatment care as prescribed by dermatologists. Provide follow-up support to ensure compliance with treatment regimens.
- **Record Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all communications, treatments, and follow-up activities. Ensure compliance with medical and privacy regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with dermatologists, medical staff, and support teams to provide a holistic and coordinated care experience. Escalate complex or emergency cases to licensed healthcare professionals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by offering compassionate care, actively listening to patient concerns, and providing clear and helpful information.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest dermatological treatments, procedures, and products. Attend training sessions as needed to enhance knowledge and counseling skills.

**Skills Needed**:

- A valid certificate in telemedicine or tele-counseling is a plus.
- Basic understanding of common dermatological conditions and treatments.
- Ability to work in a remote setting with reliable internet and communication tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient needs.
