**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote our travel and immigration services.
- Provide information about our services, including visa assistance, ticketing, and immigration processes.
- Listen to clients' inquiries and concerns, and address them effectively.
- Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Counseling**:

- Conduct counseling sessions with clients to understand their travel and immigration needs.
- Offer personalized advice and guidance on visa requirements, travel itineraries, and immigration procedures.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding documentation, fees, and timelines.
- Empathize with clients' concerns and provide reassurance and support throughout the process.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate with clients in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
- Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Listen actively to clients' needs and concerns, and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in [languages required].
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or counseling preferred.
- Knowledge of travel and immigration procedures is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
