**Job Title**: Dental Chair Technician (with Manufacturing Capability)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Maintenance & Servicing**:

- Install, test, and calibrate dental chairs and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Replace and repair defective components.
- Maintain detailed service records and logs.

**Manufacturing & Assembly**:

- Participate in the design, fabrication, and assembly of dental chairs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Assist in prototyping new chair models and improving existing designs.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

**General Duties**:

- Provide on-site or remote technical support to clients and partners.
- Train end users or other technicians as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure workplace cleanliness.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
- 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in dental chair servicing or medical equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience in manufacturing or assembling medical/dental equipment is a must.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of ISO and CE marking standards for medical equipment.
- Experience with CNC machines, welding, or fabrication is an advantage.
- Familiarity with dental clinic setup and ergonomic chair design.
