Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dental office, including waiting area, and treatment rooms.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces and floors, when required.
- Regularly clean and sanitize dental chair, furniture, and instruments or dental equipments.
- Ensure waste disposal and maintenance of hygiene protocols.
- Follow strict sterilization and infection control procedures for dental instruments.
- Wash, disinfect, and sterilize dental tools and equipment.
- Organize and store clean instruments and ensure they are ready for use during procedures.
- Report any machinery or inventory issue as and when it comes to light.
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries as necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain patient records in a confidential manner.

- Attention to detail, good listening ability, and following instructions to the T.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean, organized environment.
