We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **CRM Intern** to join our team in Surat. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and support operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and maintain the company website
- Attend and manage customer calls
- Coordinate with agents and provide support
- Maintain and update daily and monthly reports
- Assist in ticket cancellation and cargo booking cancellation processes as needed

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to coordinate with team members and work collaboratively
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
