- Handle inquiries from students regarding courses, admissions procedures, and general institute information promptly and accurately.
- Provide personalized counselling to prospective students, offering insights into our educational programs, career prospects, and course details.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, guiding them with clarity and empathy.
- Utilize SEO writing techniques to enhance digital marketing efforts, ensuring content is search engine optimized.
- Perform receptionist duties such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and communication team to support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Deliver persuasive educational sales pitches to prospective students, emphasizing the unique benefits of our programs.
- Offer career counselling services to students, empowering them to make well-informed decisions about their educational and professional paths.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing to provide accurate information and guidance to students.
- Facilitate the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students from inquiry to registration.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in education counselling or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SEO writing and online marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Prior experience in receptionist activities is desirable.
- Passion for assisting students in achieving their educational and career aspirations.
