**Job Title: Administrative Officer**

**Location**: Wanadongri, Nagpur
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**Age Limit**: 30 to 40 years
**Joining**: Immediate
**Education Qualification**: Graduate / MBA
**Experience**: 7 to 8 years in Administration (preferably in Educational or Healthcare Institutions)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Supervision & Management**
- Oversee and monitor the activities of subordinates in Establishment, Stores, Security, and Student Departments.
- Maintain service books, personal files, faculty rosters, and leave/attendance records.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, building maintenance, and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

**Compliance & Government Correspondence**
- Handle communications and compliance requirements related to:

- AICTE, Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Admission Regulatory Authority (ARA)
- RTM Nagpur University (RTMNU), DTE, Labour Office, and other government bodies.

**Institutional Coordination**
- Coordinate administrative work between DMACHRC & DMCOP.
- Assist the Director in the daily administrative and operational tasks of the institutions.

**Meetings & Documentation**
- Prepare minutes and maintain records of meetings: Governing Body, Local Management Committee, Internal Audit, MIS, and Monthly Reviews.
- Issue notices, office orders, memos, CR reports, and circulars.

**Billing & Finance Support**
- Process and pass bills including conveyance, wages for housekeeping/security/canteen staff, and other expenses.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and sanctions for expenditures from management.

**Recruitment & HR Activities**
- Organize and coordinate faculty interviews and manpower planning meetings.
- Manage faculty and staff increment lists and maintain proper documentation.

**Student & Facility Management**
- Attend to student complaints and grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate scholarships and follow up with student section regarding outstanding fees.
- Oversee biometric attendance systems, CCTV, movement registers, OD slips, and AMC equipment records.

**Event Coordination & Miscellaneous**
- Coordinate institutional events such as cultural programs, training sessions, and health camps.
- Prepare documentation for inspections and accreditations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
- Familiarity with educational institution regulations and university correspondence
- Leadership with a proactive problem-solving approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
