
Office Administrator

**Primary Duties**:
- Receive and redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Manage and supervise office supplies and inventory
- Schedule and coordinate events, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a related role is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
