
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are addressed
- Supervise office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical files
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Offer administrative support to other departments as required
**Requirements**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role is necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
