**Job Title**: Office Administration

**Location**: Nagpur

**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in any field

**Experience**: 0-1 years of experience in admin or office coordination

**Skill Required**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic technical troubleshooting
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Experience in an IT or digital marketing environment is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and employee documentation
- Handle vendor coordination and office supplies
- Support onboarding and exit formalities
- Coordinate with IT and Marketing teams for logistics or administrative needs
- Assist in scheduling meetings, and follow-ups
- Maintain office hygiene, facilities, and ensure smooth functioning of the workspace
- Maintain digital records of bills, reimbursements, and approvals
