**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members or departments
- Greeting and attending to visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Managing and overseeing office inventory and supplies
- Scheduling and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining and organizing both electronic and paper files
- Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Providing administrative support as required to other departments
**Requirements**:
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Evidence of previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a related role
- Competence in Microsoft Office and other office-related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
