**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a proactive and driven **Sales Associate** who’s excited about the digital space and eager to connect businesses with high-impact web and marketing solutions. This role involves identifying leads, pitching services, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that contribute to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pitch SOFODEL’s web development and digital marketing services with clarity and confidence.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the strategy team.
- Follow up consistently and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on proposals and client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or relevant experience).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of websites, SEO, digital ads, and social media marketing is a strong plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like CRM, Excel/Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus.
