Position: EV Charger Network Engineer (OCPP Server Management)

Location: New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time Client Location ( Sector 44 Gurgaon)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) servers for EV charger network operations.
- Collaborate with JBM and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of EV charging infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot OCPP server performance, connectivity issues, and system alerts.
- Implement software upgrades, patches, and security enhancements for OCPP servers.
- Develop and maintain data analytics pipelines for EV charger network data using Python.
- Analyze EV charging data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize EV charger network performance and utilization.
- Work closely with the data analytics team to refine data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics for EV charging.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians and operators for OCPP server management and troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through verbal communication and detailed reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing OCPP servers and EV charger network operations.
- Proficiency in Python for data analytics, including data manipulation, visualization, and machine learning.
- Strong command of Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts and reporting findings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting OCPP server and EV charging issues.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of EV charging standards and protocols, including OCPP, is preferred.
