Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management. We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure.

Massive Mobility is building the digital backbone of Indias EV revolution. From ultra-dense charging networks to fleet and leasing solutions, our platforms power the ecosystem for 2W, 3W, and 4W EVs.
Were looking for a Backend Engineer who thrives on building scalable systems that are fast, reliable, and user-centric. If youre excited by complex challenges, clean architecture, and shaping products that millions will use, this role is for you.
What Youll Do :
- Optimize & Scale: Analyse existing systems, fix bottlenecks, and design backend solutions that scale seamlessly.
- Build Core Services: Own development of backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power EV platforms.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with frontend developers, product managers, and hardware engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Innovate: Monitor industry trends and propose new features or improvements to stay ahead.
- Take Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end from planning to deployment when needed.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and smooth production deployments.
What Were Looking For :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong backend expertise in Node.js (core), PostgreSQL.
- Solid knowledge of web development lifecycle, data structures, and scalable design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on efficiency and user experience.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead when the situation calls for it.
