**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, provide information about available properties, and address any inquiries they may have.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct property site visits with potential buyers to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the properties.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to facilitate successful property transactions, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets, providing regular reports to management.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience with cold calling and conducting site visits is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and driven individual with a proactive approach to sales and achieving targets.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. Knowledge of real estate industry software and tools is an advantage.
