**Job Title**:Solar Installation Tele caller

We Risin Solar Power LLP, a leading solar installation company committed to providing sustainable energy solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Installation Tele-caller. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our solar installation services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our solar installation services.

2. Explain the benefits of solar energy and provide information on our products and services.

3. Qualify leads by understanding the customer's needs and assessing their suitability for solar installation.

4. Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct on-site consultations.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handover of qualified leads.

7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively address customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**:
**1. **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**2. **Previous experience in telemarketing or tele-calling is preferred.

**3. **Kknowledge or interest in solar energy is a plus.

**4. **Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.

**5. **Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

**6. **Basic computer skills for updating customer records in the database.

**7. **Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
