**Job Title: Fabricator (Girders)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Girder Fabrication**:Fabricate girders according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment.
Ensure the quality and precision of fabricated girders.

**Material Preparation**:Cut, shape, and prepare materials (steel, alloys, etc.) for girder fabrication.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines during material handling and preparation.

**Welding and Assembly**:Perform welding activities to join structural components accurately.
Assemble fabricated parts to create complete girders.
Conduct quality checks on welded joints and make necessary adjustments.

**Blueprint Interpretation**:Interpret and understand engineering blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
Ensure that the final fabricated product meets design specifications.

**Quality Control**:Inspect finished girders for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with quality control personnel to address and rectify any issues.

**Safety Compliance**:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

**Equipment Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Report any malfunction or need for repairs promptly.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the engineering and design teams to clarify specifications and resolve design-related issues.
Coordinate with other team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in metal fabrication is a plus.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a fabricator, with specific experience in girder fabrication.

**Skills**:Proficient in welding techniques and operation of fabrication machinery.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication work.

**Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.

**Safety Consciousness**: Prioritize and adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

**Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

**Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills to address fabrication challenges.

**Salary**: ₹10,721.29 - ₹25,775.50 per month
