The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding processes, including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding, to fabricate and repair metal structures and components. The role involves interpreting blueprints, planning fabrication steps, inspecting and maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met during the execution of all tasks. Qualifications - Expertise in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding - Ability to work with various materials and understand material properties - Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and diagrams - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work - Knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance of welding equipment - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Relevant certification or training in welding is preferred - Experience in industrial or structural welding is an advantage
