Roles and Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) To produce calculation, concept design comprehensive assembly and detail drawings appropriate to requirement and specifications. This could include the drawings of mechanical assemblies and components, & equipment layouts (Four Girder, Two Girder, Single Girder and gantry cranes EOT range Capacity ranges from 5t to t). To have the excellent knowledge of IS: 7 & & other Relevant Standard for Cranes. To Carry out, if necessary in conjunction with others, the physical measurement of items (on site) to obtain information not obtainable from existing drawings. To provide a comprehensive calculation & drawing of Equipment used in Transfer car & other Steel plant Equipment. To be able to interpret and understand mechanical & structural system and be able to convert into manufacturing drawing from the basic design/drawing. To ensure that the drawings are in compliance with company and legal standard. To have an excellent knowledge of mechanical standard such as limits and fits, materials, etc. To attend the technical meetings at client site for GA approval. To have the excellent knowledge of Analysis software & able to perform stress & deflection analysis in Ansys software.
