Customer Interaction:
**CRE**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Sales Support:

- Assist customers in making purchase decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and offers.

Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and sales activities.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align customer service efforts with business goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
