**Job Description**:
Shri Paras Marble Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tiles & Marble Marketing Executive to join our team in Dhanbad. As a leading player in the marble industry, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the Hazaribagh region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote tiles and marble products offered by Shri Paras Marble Group in Dhanbad and surrounding areas.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and generate leads.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure business partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Knowledge of the local market in Dhanbad and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
