**Location**:Hazaribag, Jharkhand

**Responsibilities**:
1. Graphic Design:

- Develop visually stunning and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, website graphics, print collateral, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to continuously enhance the visual appeal of our brand.

2. Video Editing:

- Create and edit compelling videos for promotional, educational, and informational purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful video content.
- Utilize industry-standard software for video editing and special effects to enhance the quality of produced videos.

3. Multimedia Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for multimedia projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

2. Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

3. Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

2. 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

3. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
