We are a young scale-up company active in the Fintech sector..

We are looking for a dynamic and motived Business controller to join our team based in Central Brussels. Evolving in a fast-paced environment, you will report to the newly appointed CFO and Head of Legal Operations. You will play a critical role within a young and growing organization, with very ambitious plans for international development (Europe, Middle East and Asia).

**Responsabilités**:

- Develop, implement and monitor the financial analysis tolls in order to support the company growth plans;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the company's financial performance and indentify areas for improvement ;
- Develop and maintain the company's budget and forecasting models, tracking acual results against this models, and identify adjustments as neededConduct in-depht financial analysis to identify areas where the company can improve its performance (increase revenue, reduce costs and mitigate risks);
- Participate to the new countries / markets profitability assessment and analysis, to support management in the prioritization of ressources allocation; Support the development of the company's strategic plan, and ensure that the company's financial resources allocation supports the achievement of its long term strategic objectives;
- Issue regular financial reports for management and other stakeholders, and communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders;
**✨ Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance
- Fluent in French and English;
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of BGAAP and/or IFRS;
- A database management knowledge and SQL experience is a plus;
- Hands-on mentality;
- Strong relational skills : you easily gain trust and communicate fluently;
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Winbooks);
- Eager to learn;
- Organized, motivated, efficient & detailed oriented;
- Able to work autonomously;
- You can and dare to take on responsibilities in a fast-growing company;
