We are currently hiring for Executive Assistant - Male.

Position: Executive Assistant - Male

Reporting Manager: General Manager
- Punching

**Salary**: 3.5 LPA.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3-4 yrs

Job Location: Daman

**Responsibilities**:

- To independently handle all confidential correspondence at senior levels.
- To manage calendar and oversee appointment effectiveness
- To ensure smooth functioning and execution of all day to day secretarial functions.
- To maintain systematic record keeping.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for the meetings.
- In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion

**Knowledge/ Skills**:

- Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
- Ability to prioritize own work load and work to tight time scales & deadlines
- Flexible approach to working hours and practices.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
