**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2- 3 years (school experience preferrable)
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Strong communication skills
- Handled school admissions
- Good coordination skills
- Front office manning

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Public relation activities.
- Handling telephonic inquiries and walk-in parents.
- Following up on online and offline admission enquiries.
- Managing and updating the database of prospective enquiries.
- Conversion of prospective enquiries by providing detailed and relevant information.
- Building relationship with parents and assisting them with queries in terms of the school and infrastructure and guiding them through the admissions process.
- Maintaining student database as per required standards.
- Assisting the parents before and after the admission process.
- Preparing and scheduling parent and student orientation programmes.
- Handling inbound calls and directing them to the concerned people.
- Following defined SOPs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
