
Travel Sales Executive

You need to call existing & new Customers in order to convince them for purchasing Tour packages from Travel-O-Friend.
- Preparing travel packages & quotation those are suitable for the client’s needs & Suggesting travel destinations and famous spots after discussion with clients.
- Preparing travel budget as per the specifications provided by the client.
- Generate Revenue.
- You need to call existing clients to get the feedback from them & make them to consider us again for repurchase our other tour packages.
- As per needed you may visit Customer point for meeting purpose.
- You need to coordinate with different country consulate for visa purpose.
- You may need to travel with the group tour as a coordinator as per requirement.
- Designing cost-effective travel packages those suit clients’ needs and budgets.
- Making recommendations regarding travel safety, visas, and immunizations.
- Updating and recording all client information on the database.
- Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and television advertising.
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.
- Predicting profits or number of bookings.
- Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together.
- Combining travel, accommodation, and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.
- Generate Invoices.
- Coordinate with other department and team members for smooth operation.
- Coordinate with marketing team & managing sales.
- Conducting market research, which may include visiting hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
- Preparing tourist or visitor information.
- Producing promotional material and displays.
- Managing budgets.
- Writing reports, business plans and press releases.
- Making presentations.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Undertaking day-to-day centre management and administration.
- Handling social media as per needed.
- Letter or any kind of word, excel file create as per needed.
- You must meet the deadline provided by the reporting manager/ management.
- You must achieve the given target.
- On-time reporting should be followed faithfully.
- To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
- You must meet the deadline provided by the reporting manager/management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
