**Job Summary**:
The Communication Designer in the carpet/flooring industry is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual design elements, marketing collateral, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the brand's message and promote its products and services. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, an understanding of industry trends, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visual Design:
Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues and digital assets (banners, social media graphics, etc.).

Create visually engaging product packaging designs that highlight the unique features and benefits of the carpets/flooring products.
- Brand Identity:
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels, maintaining visual elements such as logos, colour schemes, and typography.

Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and refine the brand's visual identity as needed.
- Photography and Image Editing:
Coordinate and conduct photoshoots for product catalogue and promotional materials.

Edit and retouch images to meet quality and branding standards.
- Content Creation:
Work closely with copywriters to integrate compelling copy with visual elements to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and design best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Production Management:
Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output.

Collaborate with external vendors and printers to oversee production processes.
- Quality Control:
Conduct thorough reviews of all design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually appealing marketing materials.
- Knowledge of the carpet/flooring industry trends and design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Experience**:
Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or communication design, preferably within the carpet/flooring industry or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
