**Eligibility**:

- Education: Graduate or HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in B2B sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales experience

**Salary**: Up to ₹43,000 (in hand) + Incentives

**Shift**: 24/5 shift (Monday to Friday)
**Week Off**: Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate qualified leads through B2B sales activities.
- Engage with potential clients, assess their business needs, and promote relevant services or products.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets and KPI metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions using CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Selection Process**:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
