Assist our associates in operations who require sign language interpretation
- Interpret meetings and connects whenever initiated by the Leads
- Liaise between associates and team leaders, when a connect, is requested
- Address every query initiated, mainly on a priority basis
- Provide interpretation support during training and meetings
- Perform Voice to Sign and Sign to Voice service for all activities conducted in the floor
- Coordinate and minimize communication gaps for our associates working from home and at the office

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Sign Language
- Available to work at the office and possess strong people management skills
- Knowledge of ASL and other sign languages are added advantage
