Job Title: Insurance Advisor

Experience Required:3-4 Years (Banking Sector)
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable insurance products and solutions.

2. Sales and Business Development:

- Promote and sell insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

3. Product Knowledge and Training:

- Stay updated on various insurance products, policies, and regulatory changes.
- Educate clients about insurance products and the benefits they offer.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

5. Performance Management:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience:

- 3-4 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically in insurance advisory or sales roles.

2. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Additional certifications in insurance or financial planning are a plus.

3. Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

4. Competencies:

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.

Location: Sector 2 Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: 30k to 40k

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
