JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a result-driven Manager, Team Leader, and Assistant Team Leader to be responsible for providing financial advice to clients on retirement planning and investing for future life insurance protection. The Insurance Advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals. You should thereafter discuss and market insurance options that suit their needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- A professional appearance.
- Experienced in Life Insurance Sales only
- Team Handling
- Call closing
- End to End conversation with the client till payment and policy issuance
- Client documentation and payment
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
**Insurance Advisor Requirements**
- A professional appearance.
- Graduation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,792.44 per month
