Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze costing reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of costs and expenses
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Monitor and analyze product costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Prepare and submit cost estimates and quotations for new products and projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production, procurement, and sales, to gather relevant cost and pricing information
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of pricing and cost data, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing, providing regular reports and insights to management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing input and recommendations on cost and pricing strategies
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff on costing and pricing activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as taxation and auditing requirements.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certification or training preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in costing accounting, quotation, and cost estimation in a pharma or manufacturing company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and make sound business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as taxation and auditing requirements
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
