**What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities)**:

- Execute the financial strategy for us
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
- Support our founders with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
- Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments leading with your finance systems expertise: You will guide the team with the finance systems experience you’ve gained over the years, pointing them in the right direction to simplify the most complex tasks
- Perform risk management by analysing the organizations liabilities and investments
- Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for our operations
