**URGENT HIRING FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE **

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Super excellent verbal and written communication required (**English only**)
- For Voice - Focus is fluency + Strong stability.
- Should be fine with working from office.
- Flexible for rotational shift.
- Graduates/Undergraduates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year experience in international BPO.
- Age should be 18+ years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary slab**:₹14,000- ₹32,000.00 per month**

**Benefits**:

**Schedule**:

- Rotational shift.
- One side cab facility.

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
