
Digital Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Website Wizard: Manage and optimize the company's website through the admin panel, ensuring a user-friendly interface, engaging content, and impeccable functionality.
2. Content Maestro: Coordinate with a talented team of remote content editors, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring the timely delivery of captivating and error-free content.
3. Client Whisperer: Report regularly to clients, delivering comprehensive work updates, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
4. Meeting Magician: Fix meetings with clients, both online and offline, to discuss project requirements, progress, and foster strong relationships.
5. MOM Guardian: Maintain meticulous records by preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOM), tracking action points, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
6. Partnership Champion: Foster and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate networks, external service providers, and other key third-party entities, amplifying our reach and offerings.
7. Sales Dynamo: Engage in cold calling and sales coordination activities to generate leads, explore new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
9. Team Collaborator: Coordinate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams, facilitating seamless communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
10. Digital Dreamweaver: Continuously explore emerging trends, tools, and strategies to enhance the digital experience for our clients, positioning EnactOn Technologies at the forefront of innovation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as digital marketing, communications, or business administration.
- Proven experience in website management, content coordination, client services, and sales coordination.
- Proficiency in using website administration tools, content management systems, and project management software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver information in a compelling and engaging manner.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative solutions and overcome challenges.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
