We are looking for**:Receptionist cum Admin**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Reception / Front Desk**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth office administration.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

**Pre-Sales Support**:

- Manage front-office operations, reception duties, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain important company records and files.
- Assist in drafting official letters, circulars, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and internal events.
- Support HR with onboarding, attendance, and leave records

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-7 years of experience in reception, customer service (real estate preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & regional language.
- Customer-oriented, presentable, and proactive.

- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Confidence in client interaction and handling objections.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
