We are looking for a Purchase Officer position with Mumbai based Food Company located at Vashi APMC.

Experience-: 3 to 6 Years
Job Location-: APMC Vashi
Education-: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Material Management

Assess and report current material availability and reasonably predict future availability and cost based on market conditions
Forecast future usage of direct materials and supplies required to support production without any interruption
Prepare, process and manage purchase orders for raw materials, production and office supplies, tooling, maintenance, production, office equipments and other purchasing as required to support the organization
Maintain accurate raw material and supplies inventory counts and submit monthly inventory valuation reports to management
Resolve grievances with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Update purchasing and record keeping data in the ERP regularly
Act as the company’s representative in negotiations with suppliers
Coordinate removal or disposal of surplus materials and supplies
Finish all the tasks scheduled for the day before leaving
Send Timesheet (Daily) and Weekly Sales Report (every Friday or Saturday) to supervisor, showing plan for coming week, progress from running week (i.e. key activities performed, time spent on each), etc.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
