**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and identify key skills and requirements for each role.
- **Sourcing and Screening**:

- Utilize various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to source top talent.
- **Client and Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with US-based clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- **Negotiation and Offer Management**:

- Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring practices in the US market.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to the hiring process.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activity, pipeline status, and hiring success rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably within IT, Engineering, or other technical industries.
- In-depth knowledge of the US labor market, hiring trends, and visa requirements (H1-B, OPT, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders across different time zones.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in recruiting for IT, healthcare, or engineering sectors.
- Understanding of compensation structures, market rates, and employment laws in the US.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
