Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities - Management of the systems of employees for continuous availability for the business operations

a. Troubleshooting, diagnosis, Quick Resolution, and escalation internally and external to vendors
b. Microsoft Windows Administrations and fine tuning
d. Windows server OS and IIS Web Server Administration
e. Identifying software and hardware issues and provide solution and enhancements based on user requirements
g. Diagnosing and repairing faults in coordination with Managers for employees issues and tickets raised
h. Installing and configuring Application software
i. Managing tickets raised by employees
j. Patches and upgrades on Hardware, OS, Applications
