**Position Summary**:
As a **Technical Support Executive / Assistant**, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with our software solutions. You will assist clients in resolving technical issues, guide them on system usage, and ensure they get the most out of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or junior professionals looking to build a career in IT support and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide step-by-step guidance for resolving issues related to POS systems, billing software, and back-office modules
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions using internal tools
- Collaborate with senior support staff and technical teams for complex issue resolution
- Keep clients informed about product updates and new features
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
- Assist in product testing and documentation as needed
**Requirements**:
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with retail or restaurant operations is an added advantage
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL will be an added advantage
