**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Telecalling Executive** to join our **Accounts Department**. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and follow up with clients regarding payment collections, ensuring timely receipts and maintaining healthy financial flow for the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Follow-Ups**:

- Regularly contact clients to remind them of due or overdue payments.
- Ensure follow-up calls are professional and courteous to maintain positive client relationships.
- **Communication**:

- Provide clients with account statements, invoices, and payment details as required.
- Address client queries regarding outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the accounts team.
- **Coordination with Accounts Team**:

- Update the accounts team on payment statuses and share client feedback.
- Work closely with the accounts team to identify priority cases and streamline follow-up processes.
- **Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of follow-up calls, payment commitments, and outcomes.
- Update client information and payment statuses in the company database.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on payment follow-up progress and collections achieved.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in telecalling or payment follow-ups is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting/CRM software.
- Ability to handle client queries calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
